STEINERT UMP Permanent Suspension Magnet

Permanent suspension magnet UMP from STEINERT are successfully in use for decades, mainly in portable plants – everywhere where electricity is limited and lower suspension height are necessary. Even the look of the new UMP from STEINERT underlined his oustanding performance with its stainless steel frame and his obviously low maintenance design – the easy belt change does not require disassembling the whole unit. The core of the UMP is highly efficient due to his specific internal design and modular assembling method. Multipole systems ease the discharge of light, volumetric iron and the secured removing of iron particles.

Long particles lie flat on the belt and the attraction of difficult iron from greater distances has improved.

Technology

– Over belt magnetic separators can be arranged both longitudinally and transversely to the conveying direction above the feeding conveyor belt, recover magnetizable metals from the material flow and eject them behind the magnet.

– Permanent over band magnetic separators are characterized by extremely strong and far reaching magnetic fields.

– Beside stationary applications, they can also be used in mobile and semi-mobile systems – wherever electricity is rare or a small footprint is requested.
